Welcome to FineStationery.com! We are a small company that specializes in high-quality stationery, invitations, personalized gifts and hiring creative, talented employees. Our dedicated staff members are passionate about our products and energized by the work they do to help our customers celebrate every life event.
The FineStationery.com office overlooks the picturesque Brandywine River, and lies in the heart of historic downtown Wilmington, Delaware—a city rich in culture, technology and scenic landscapes. Conveniently located approximately 40 minutes south of Philadelphia (and a short 1.5 hour train ride to New York City and Washington, D.C.), the surrounding region has much to offer those considering relocation including fascinating museums, world-renowned gardens, nationally recognized vineyards, prestigious schools and more.
We work hard to be the best in the business—but just as we give our all to serving our customers, so too do we strive to create an enjoyable work environment for our employees. Whether we are hosting a retirement luau for a 10-year-veteran (complete with a beach-towel-red-carpet and an Elvis impersonator); bringing in an on-site masseuse during the busy Holiday season or organizing a company wide bake-off, we go the extra mile to keep our employees smiling. In addition to unique perks such as these, each full-time employee receives a comprehensive benefits package consisting of medical, dental, short-term disability, long-term disability, paid time off and a 401K. We also offer alternate scheduling for some positions so that employees can work at a time that fits best with their family’s needs. Our staff is one of our most valued assets and we do all that we can to ensure each employee is well cared for.
At FineStationery.com, we try to make our office a home away from home. In fact, many of our employees would say that their co-workers are like an extended family. After all, when eight hours of each day are spent working with others towards a common goal, it’s only natural that connections are made, friendships are formed and a makeshift Fine family is forged.
Like a family, we celebrate each other’s life events with baby and wedding showers, retirement parties and graduation celebrations. We also support each other in endeavors to live a healthier lifestyle with a walking club and Fitness Fridays, and bond together to help others through contributing to coat and canned food drives, giving to various school and breast cancer fundraisers and gathering donations to support victims of sudden disasters like Hurricane Katrina and 9/11.
Most importantly, we try to make each employee feel that they are an essential part of our team. We encourage every staff member to take time each week to brainstorm and submit ideas for ways in which we can make our processes more efficient, continuously improve our customers’ satisfaction level and the company altogether stronger.
These are just a few of the many ways we set ourselves apart from other workplaces. We invite you to take a closer look at our company, and experience our difference first hand—we think you’ll like what you see.
Though there are no open positions currently available, we are always on the lookout for high-energy, motivated individuals. If you would describe yourself as being responsible, reliable, focused and fun-loving, please send your resume to firstname.lastname@example.org. We will keep your resume on file, and should an opportunity arise that would make good use of your skill set, we will contact you to further discuss your credentials.
